Paul and Emily came over Sunday night. We had Pizza and cupcakes. We played Guitar Hero World Tour. It was fun! We lost about 4 hours of time. You seriously don’t realize how long you playing until you are tired.

Emily was really good on the drums. I was impressed. Paul was excellent at everything. Danny… well… let’s just say, he likes to sing. He was printing lyrics and everything. It was funny. I kept reminding him to do man voice because he kept slowly getting higher and higher.

It was too fun. I am sorry at drums. I haven’t tried singing but most of you have heard me sing so I can only imagine how bad I would be. ha! I am good at “easy” guitar. I tried “medium” once and had a hard time. I can’t do CCR Up and Around the Bend. It is harddddddd! I kept getting boo’d off my gig. Too funny.

The boys are playing now. Well.. they are playing Lego Indiana Jones. They love those games.

Tonight I have to go to church for a lock-in. I am not looking forward to it. I banked up sleepy time for last night. I was sooooooooo tired. I was MAKING myself stay awake so I could sleep good because I knew I would be up with teens all night tonight. But what do you know… my sleep was disturbed. It ticked me off and woke me up.. so it blew any sleep I was going to get. Now…I am peaceful. It is pretty quiet around here right now. I feel rested. I don’t know about 4am though. haha.

We are fixing to get dressed. The kids want to spend there Christmas money. They have Target, Belk, and Walmart cards. So I figured we would head towards church and eventually make our way there by 7pm.

Danny is at the Music City Bowl. Vandy is playing. He went really early to tailgate and something else. I don’t know what. Man stuff. I am just glad he is out of the house. He tends to get restless and causes annoying noises and problems out of our daily routine. Thus, the peaceful day.

Soo… I need to shower. *snarl* Why do showers sound so tedious at times? lol I guess I have a lot of ground to cover. haha.

Tomorrow we are having dinner with my mother and maw maw. The kids will get to open their presents. Me too.

Wednesday I get to drop off a little Santa project I did for someone. Then we are headed to church for the media/p&w team Christmas party. We were invited because we help out with the media stuff still.

Then the 24th Jill and I are cooking for Danny’s family at 5pm.

Then on the 25th we will do our annual family Christmas. Hopefully Maw Maw will come over again and we can do breakfast.

I need to talk to Sandra to see when we are getting together with her and Daddy.

Momma got the girls Christmas dresses. I hope it is something I can match for Christmas pics. I need to get those done quickly. I don’t think I will have time to do a Christmas card. I don’t really care. Most of my friends are in the computer and I can post them a pic for free and they can save it. haha. Gotta love the internet!

Danny is working graveyard this month. lol.. I was going to say this week but it is a month long project. Hopefully it will be good money. We haven’t heard what it pays yet but at least it will be a full check. Work has been so slow lately. It is crazy.

THANKFULLY.. Barkey has put us under a microscope and we are on budget. Everything is paid… we are almost completely caught up. After we get our tax return we will almost be completely debt free! I am EXCITED! FINALLY! I see a brighter light at the end of our tunnel! Sweet.

Anyway… my teeth are healing up nicely. Or gums I should say. haha. I don’t remember a thing.. it was crazy. I sat in the chair at the surgeons.. he is SUPER nice and friendly.. I told him with tears in my eyes that I was this close *fingers pushed together* to walking out. He said get my an IV quickly. He was talking about stuff that had nothing to do with dentistry. haha. He slid the IV in and said you will feel it in a second. My head immediately started to spin.. I said I feel it. And that is ALL I remember. LIGHTS OUT! HA!

I remember waking up in bed with a wash rag under my mouth as I drooled blood into it. Gross. I asked for some gauze and packed it in my mouth and crashed back out. I told Danny I didn’t even remember coming home. He said he took me to the bank, Kroger, and home and I don’t even remember. I thought for sure the steps would have been an issue but Danny let me know that him and Sandra walked me around the back yard. haha.

BTW… MAJOR thanks to Sandra for coming over to watch my kids. They enjoyed coloring with you! haha. Better polish up your coloring skills for Nola!

Anyway. My stitches came out a couple of days ago. It looks weird but it is doing good. I can eat normal again. It was pretty much pain free. I had a couple of weird pains but it was only for a second and then went away. The worst part was eating soup. Blah. I ate so much soup it was getting gross. Momma brought me some potato soup. It was sooooooooooo good. I ate 3 bowls that night. lol

The other worst thing was nearly passing out. Whatever they give me was STRONG. It laid me out cold. I am usually pretty hard to do that to. But that stuff was good. Whew. Once I woke up good and went to the bathroom at home.. I sat up in bed and read the intruction sheet. Apparently I did too much at once cause I got SICK! UGH! I HATE that feeling. I seriously about hit to floor. Danny was fanning me and getting me a trash can to puke in.. wow. It was rough. I laid back down and I was fine.

Let me tell you… puking with stitches and surgery cuts in your mouth is NOT something I want to experience! YIKES!

I still have 3 more teeth to cut out. I will probably do it. Just later in the year next year. It is so hard to eat and swallow. You don’t realize how much suction you cause on a regular basis. That was the one thing I was told not to do. Suck. It will cause a dry socket. I am so glad I avoided that.
Anyway… enough rambling about teeth. In case you missed the pics.. here are 2 Danny took of me after he came back when I was ready to leave. I was still out cold! lol
